Prosper’s 16 years’ expertise in management and development interventions has been accumulated through exposure to multi-sectoral implementation and managerial portfolios from field to senior management level.

The key achievements have been in areas of Programs design, systems development, policy formulation/review, and quality assurance. Spearheaded design of management of orphans and vulnerable children in partnership with Danish/Netherlands and Belgium Red Cross across the country targeting refugee hosting communities, post conflict communities and other districts with high prevalence of orphans. Guided the design and management of gender equality programs in partnership with Global fund, UN women and UNDP. He has also supported Human resources, M&E systems and strengthening of social accountability models.

At international level, Prosper has technically supported the piloting of community based support projects in Awasa-Southern Ethiopia, Central Equatorial-South Sudan. He is passionate and active advocate for an enabling social protection systems for the elderly and other marginalized persons. He has presented papers at different workshops
